Process
One team stays with your solution from the first sketch to day-to-day operation.
In a workshop with your leadership team, we work out what the solution should achieve, who will use it and how you will benefit.
We build a first usable version and test it with its future users.
We take care of hosting, models, monitoring and security.
We look at how the solution is used, take in feedback and build the next features from there.
Do not state a blanket time to the first version. Reference value from the FitFirm offer (July 2026): go-live after four months.
Working together
In both cases, we develop and operate the solution. What differs is who uses it, who sells it and how we get paid.
We develop your solution to your specifications and operate it for an ongoing fee. You decide what it can do and how it looks.
You offer your customers an AI-based product. We develop and operate it, and we share the revenue. Instead of a large project budget, you make an upfront contribution.
Models based on the offers to SHW (development plus operation per agent and month) and FitFirm (initial contribution plus 50/50 revenue share). Do not publish terms. Clarify rights to the solution for each model; according to the structure paper of 7 Jul, the platform IP stays with the TechCo.

The decision workshops follow a shared methods handbook and run on the workshop app.
We develop and operate AI agents for service and engineering.
FitFirm is an app for goals, coaching and health with an AI coach, and we share the revenue.
