Technology

Three building blocks that work as one system.

Behind every capability we build with you is the same technology: in the BRIDGE ONE software, you steer goals and progress; on the BRAIN platform, AI agents work alongside your teams; and the sovereign infrastructure runs both. Here you can see what that looks like in practice.

The structure

Steer. Work alongside. Operate.

All three building blocks are built on the same model, the capability. You can use each one on its own, and over time they grow together.

SteerBRIDGE ONE

You have strategy, the Capability Map, goals, projects and decisions in one system. BRIDGE ONE is the tool for dynamic capabilities.

Work alongsideBRAIN

On BRAIN, you find your company knowledge with sources, and AI agents take on real tasks in core and enabling capabilities.

OperateSovereign infrastructure and BRIDGE OPS

The infrastructure runs in your tenant or with us in the EU, is ready in days, and we operate it. You can steer it in the chat, with our DevOps agent BRIDGE OPS. It is the foundation for everything above it.

More

Custom AI-based solutions are built on the same building blocks. We develop and operate them for companies and for consultancies, under their own brand if they wish.

A look inside · BRIDGE ONE

The workspace for strategy
and capabilities.

At a glance, you see where your projects and goals stand and which committee meetings and milestones are coming up, along with your reports and tasks. Every item links back to the capability and the goal it serves.

A look inside · Maturity

Every capability has a shape.

The assessment measures a capability across several dimensions. The result is one polygon for the current state and a dashed one for the target. The work begins where the two shapes diverge.

A look inside · BRAIN

You assign the task in the chat,
and the result lands in the wiki.

In the BRAIN chat, you give an agent a task, for example weekly research on trends in your industry. The agent does this on a regular schedule and saves each result, with sources, as a new page in the wiki.

In the wiki, the agent creates a new page with each run.

Architecture at a glance

For your IT team
and anyone who wants a closer look.

  • Data modelThe capability is the central object. It links strategic thrusts and goals with roles, people, AI agents, knowledge and KPIs.
  • InterfacesBRIDGE offers open APIs and MCP. Through them, AI tools such as Copilot or Claude call BRIDGE in a controlled way and get context without accessing the database directly.
  • ModelsYou can use models from several providers, including locally run ones. If you switch models, your knowledge and your processes stay the same.
  • OperationsBRIDGE runs in your tenant or in our infrastructure in the EU. We set up the environment largely automatically and operate it in line with ISO 27001.
  • GovernanceEach agent has its own permissions, and every answer and action is logged. Approvals and human oversight are built in.
  • Custom solutionsOn the same building blocks, we develop and operate AI-based solutions for companies and white-label solutions for consultancies.
  • MaturityEvery module is labeled with how far along it is: live, in pilot or in development. The capability landscape shows this for every offering.
  • Check these statements against the architecture documents (ADR-002, ADR-003 MCP tool layer, data model v1.0) and with the build team. Huddle 5 Jun: “AI is allowed into our databases, but it doesn’t understand them. We provide the understanding.”
