AI transformation

Build AI transformation as a capability.

AI agents are taking on more and more work, often entire processes. For this to hold up in everyday work, strategy, organization and talent have to fit together. We help you build the capability to manage this again and again, even as the technology keeps changing.

Book a call How we start
AI transformation rarely fails because of the technology. Usually, strategy, organization and talent don’t fit together. That is why we treat change as a capability in its own right: your company sees early what is changing, seizes the opportunities and reshapes itself accordingly.

Based on the “Hands off the wheel” keynote (v2, 20 Aug 2026) and the live page bridge-mt.com/transformation. Only use figures from either (80% or 70% of transformations failing, 45% savings, +60% revenue, 10% labor cost share) with an exact source, and never the labor cost share.

What changes

Work is being redistributed.

AI agents no longer just handle individual steps. They can take on entire processes, in purchasing for example from the requirement to the order. So for every capability, the question of who does which work comes up again.

How we start

From the first workshop
to the first use case.

There are four steps, and after each one you decide whether and how to continue.

  1. One day

    Sense of Urgency Workshop

The leadership team clarifies what AI is changing in your market, where the risks and opportunities lie and where you should act first.

  2. Two to three days

    Capability Workshop

You decide which capabilities give you an edge and clarify which people, data and tools they require. The result is a Capability Map with priorities and a first roadmap. More on strategy work

  3. Four to six weeks

    Transformation Office

A small team steers the initiatives across all areas, with clear owners, a budget and a project plan. It selects the first use cases and tests them in a proof of concept. The same approach also works for cost programs or mergers.

  4. Then

    First use cases

We implement the first use cases and measure whether the capability is growing. The page Where to start shows which ones are suitable.

Formats and durations as on bridge-mt.com/transformation. What follows (build, deploy, run) is not yet worked out in the documents (October 2025 version: “to be developed”). Prices: decision pending (README, item 10).

Every agent has a person

Every agent gets a personnel file.

Every capability involves processes, systems, data and people, and more and more often AI agents too. One person is responsible for each agent. The AI register records what the agent is for, what it is allowed to do and what it can access.

Like a new employee, it goes through onboarding, a probation period and regular reviews. If it is no longer needed or makes mistakes, you switch it off. Each of these steps is recorded.

Principles from the registry concept (July 2026, confidential): an owner is mandatory, the lifecycle works like an HR process (onboarding, probation of 30–90 days, review, shutdown), and every change of status is logged. According to the landscape, the register is in development.

AI governance

First the overview,
then the register.

Many companies begin their AI transformation with a simple question: which AI is already at work here?

Enabling capability

Know which AI is at work in your company.

Capability that growsUse AI safely and traceably.

Starting point

Copilots, agents and AI features enter the company through many routes. Often nobody has the full picture of who is responsible for them, what they are allowed to do and what they can access.

Talent

People carry
the transformation.

Technology is quickly bought. Getting the right people into the right places is harder. We plan with you who you need for each capability and keep matching that demand with availability.

The technology behind it

Steer, work alongside
and operate.

The transformation runs on the same three building blocks as every capability we help with.

We work this way ourselves. Our own infrastructure is run by BRIDGE OPS, our DevOps agent. What it may do without asking is set out in an approval catalog. Everything else is approved by a person. How BRIDGE OPS works

Before naming a figure, document what share of our own environments runs through BRIDGE OPS (shareholder paper of 16 July: more than 90% of tenants).
